Capacity Guide

• Seated dining: approx. 72–96 guests
• Standing / cocktail: approx. 100–140 guests

Surface Requirements

This marquee can be installed on:

• Grass: secured with pegs - included in the price 
• Hard surfaces (concrete/asphalt): secured with weights - included in the price 

Please advise your surface type and any access considerations when booking. The truck does need to access the marquee site within 3 meters - please advise us if this is not possible. 

Delivery & Collection

Adept Hire provides delivery across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, and surrounding areas.

Standard Delivery: Free within 20km. Delivery fees beyond this will be clearly shown in your quote.

Special Delivery: Required for set time requests, limited access, stairs, lifts, or complex installs.

Out of Hours / Same Day / Public Holidays: Available on request (additional charges may apply).

Your quote will clearly outline the delivery option provided.

Setup

This marquee is installation only. Our team manages set up, pack down and everything in between to ensure a safe and professional installation. 

Installation costs are additional and will be clearly outlined in your quote.
